Please remember that maintaining your property is one of the best things you can do to protect your investment and keep property values intact. Take a look around your unit and your lot, and make any needed repairs as soon as possible.
Helpful Reminders
- Inspect and maintain the exterior of your unit. Check garage doors, window panes, screens and frames for needed repairs
- Clean mildew from siding, driveways and walks
- Clean rust stains caused by irrigation water
- Keep beds, driveways, and walkways free of weeds
- Trim plants, shrubs and trees regularly. Plants/shrubs should be kept at least 1 foot away from buildings. Trees should be maintained at least 10 feet off rooflines to help reduce wood and rodent damage
- Keep mailboxes clear of overgrown plants and flowers which can house spider and stinging insects
- Maintain fencing. Keep overgrowth trimmed from the backside and top of fencing. Repair or replace fences as needed
- Visitor parking areas are not for residents. Please park only on your driveway or garage. Street parking is not allowed. Vehicles may be towed without notice. All incurred costs for towing are at the vehicle owner's expense
